Born on August 1st, 1976, to a farming family in The Tbong Kmom Province, rural Cambodia, Mr. Ngov started his first trading business in his hometown when he was only twelve.
In his childhood years, he lived and suffered through the darkest age in Cambodia’s history until the final dismantling of the Khmer Rouge regime, which eventually brought opportunities for the country to flourish again and for its people to redeem.
In the 20 years to follow, Mr. Ngov has operated in the automotive and general trading industries as an independent trader with exclusive import and distribution licenses for the domestic market. He can consolidate extensive experience in both sectors.
In 2012, Mr. Ngov signed an official 4S Import, Distributor & Retailer agreement with Mazda in Cambodia. This was a landmark moment for The Kingdom, and the facility on the Russian Boulevard was the first of its kind in the country, setting the standard for what was to follow.
After demonstrating significant success with Mazda, over the next few years, He established more official partnerships with global automotive brands, including Kia, Rolls-Royce, Volkswagen, Volvo, Bentley, BMW, and Hino. Concurrently, he also engaged in the hospitality industry by opening Ajisen Ramen and Little Sheep restaurants.
In 2019, he introduced new global brands from the luxury market to Cambodia through the official dealerships of Lamborghini, Aston Martin, McLaren, Maserati, and Ferretti Yachts. He also became the official country distributor of over forty global brands.
Mr. Ngov is president of the board of directors and chairman of the executive committee of HGB Group Co. Ltd (his parent company), which has headquarters in the downtown Phnom Penh.

He is also passionate and committed to training and developing local, young Cambodian people to provide a better future for them and their families.
