Sales Manager


 Job Description


- Direct and supervise outdoor sales team activities
- Direct report to general manager
- To assist the general manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
- To assist the GM in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customer
- Assist GM by completing all assigned duties
- Supervise and support sales consultant
- Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to sales staff
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issue to the sales MGR
- Communicate all sales relations issues, concerns, and incidents to sales MGR
- Meet regularly with GM and provide detail reporting on the overall performance of the team
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meeting
- Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly report with on-going deal potential customer report and send to GM
- Report market situation and competitors activities to the GM
- Build good relationship with customers for long term business corporate
- Build up good brand image of the company and product in the market
- Analyze competitor activities
- Report on market situation (outside customer feedback) once a week
- Vehicle stock arrangement & management
- Showroom management & administration
- To conduct other jobs as assigned by MGR


Job Requirements


- At least 4 years experiences in field sales
- Experienced of working in automotive industry is preferable
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
- Good networking and sociable person


Others
Working day : Monday-Saturday
Working hour: 8:00~17:30 (1 and half hour break)
Working place Teouk Thla, Phnom Penh
