Job Description

  -Answer calls professionally and taking order then enter customer information
-Respond to customer inquiries
-Handle and resolve customer complaints
-Provide customers with product and service information
Describe products and services
-Achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  -Minimum experience 1 years as call center and restaurant order taking
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication skills.
-Customer oriented, outgoing and comfortable in dealing with people.
-Well organized, accurate and efficient.
-Good listener
-Good analytical skills
-English written and speaking.
