|- Welcome all customers walk in showroom
- Hand over the customers professionally to the sales team
- Inspects showroom in good order prior to opening
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email and hand over to the right department
- Prepare daily report about customer call-in and walk-in
- Call out all customer involved Sales & Service and hand over to the right department.
- Follow up existing customer to maintenance service.
- Update existing customer complaint information.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Fill in Data into system and updated.
- Fill in customer survey form and report to head of department/General Manager.
- To conduct other jobs as assigned by superior
|- Business administrative or equivalent level
- Operational experience especially in Customer Relation or Public Relation
- Have excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude and great attitude to lean and develop
- Good communication in Chinese
